Average

Last night was average. We cooked ... quite a bit actually. Made some more Ostrich Chili Soup for the week and remembered to take a photo for the blog recipe so check it out :) And let me tell you, photographing soup is harder than it looks!

Anyhoo, we made that, and some butternut fritters (they're my 9am snack ... will wait to see if they're any good). And for dinner last night we had a lovely Salmon dish (recipe to follow because it was just that good!). I was completely taken by surprise at how good it was ... I guess some recipes really do work the first time ;)

And then we even went to gym again last night. Shoo.

I'm dealing with some other more emotional head issues right now that I don't especially want to get into just yet ... but suffice it to say that I'm not very impressed with some people who are supposed to be friends lately.

Oh, and happy April Fools ... I'm just not that into it, so this is all perfectly true. Sorry, I know that may seem to be unbelievably boring of me but that's just the way it is :)
